When you join The Profit First Mastery Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality Agreement: You acknowledge and agree that all content, communications, and information shared within The Profit First Mastery Program, including but not limited to coaching sessions, Q&A sessions, recordings, documents, and member discussions (collectively, the “Confidential Information”), is strictly confidential. You agree to safeguard the Confidential Information by using a degree of care that is at least as protective as you use for your own confidential information, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care. You also agree not to disclose any part of the Confidential Information to any individual or entity except to your employees, contractors, vendors, partners, or other professionals (“Permitted Individuals”) who need to know this Confidential Information for purposes directly related to your participation in the program. Before disclosing any Confidential Information to these Permitted Individuals, you must ensure they are informed of its confidential nature and agree, in writing, to keep it confidential. You are ultimately responsible for any breach of this agreement by these Permitted Individuals. Unauthorized disclosure or distribution of the Confidential Information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent removal from the program. You understand that this prohibition extends to sharing Confidential Information on all platforms, including but not limited to social media, online forums, or any public or private platform. This confidentiality agreement remains in effect even after you discontinue your participation in the program. If you wish to disclose any Confidential Information for a purpose not directly related to your participation in the program, you must obtain written permission from us before doing so. We reserve the right to take legal action to address any violation of this agreement. Your acceptance of these terms is implicit upon your subscription to the program, and your understanding and compliance are greatly appreciated.

2. Non-disclosure: All participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members. Do not disclose any personal or financial information shared within the group outside of the group.

3. Respectful conduct: Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times. Harassment, abusive behavior, or any action that disrupts the positive environment of the group will not be tolerated.

4. Subscription and payments: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel it in writing. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and by joining our program, you ratify your understanding that all services provided are non-refundable and waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit card or payment processor. There will be no refunds, and you agree to waive your rights to dispute.

To ensure compliance with requirements imposed by the IRS, we inform you that any US federal tax or state/local tax information contained in this communication, our meetings, any recordings, or other items related to this program (including any attachments) are not intended or written to be used, and they cannot be used for the purpose of (i) avoiding penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or (ii) promoting, marketing or recommending to another party any transaction or matter addressed herein.
