The programs allow the Plan sponsor current income tax deductions, tax deferred growth, asset protection, and the ability to transfer one’s account balance income tax free to an IRA account on Plan termination. Furthermore, the Plans are approved in writing by the Internal Revenue Service as they receive a Favorable Determination Letter from the Service.
