We are a concierge level CPA firm meant for people who just want it done.

At Tax Goddess we like to ensure that we are being clear, direct, and upfront with all prospective clients.  We believe that a relationship built on clear ground is the best way to build a long-term relationship (our favorite!).

The clients who work with our firm & style the best are:

  • Business owners, Entrepreneurs, Self-employed, 1099 contractors, Investors
  • Individuals who want someone to "just take care of it" (and trust those they choose to hire to do so!)
  • Individuals who are at least semi-fluent in technology (online, digital, etc.)

Below are the major points we have heard are important to incoming prospective clients when choosing to work with Tax Goddess.

  • We are an all-digital firm.  This means that all meetings are held via phone, digital format (Skype, Zoom, Facetime, GoToMeeting, etc.), texting, Slack, and communications often happen via other digital formats. These methods are predominant within the way we work with clients. If you not technically inclined, we may not be the best fit for you.
    • NOTE: Our owner, Shauna, does live in Scottsdale, Arizona and would love to have you over for coffee if you are ever in the neighborhood!! 🙂 
  • We have team members all over the world. This means that you may get an email at 2am! 🙂 
  • We take the security of our clients and their information very seriously. With that being said, our team has implemented security requirements beyond those of a normal CPA firm standard of care to ensure that you and your information are beyond safe & secure.
  • We require a lot more detail than other CPA firms.  We will ask you questions that no firm has ever asked before, and ask for more backup documentation and information than anyone ever has before.  We do this to ensure that you are saving every last penny and getting the return on your investment in our services.  By providing this extra data, we can help ensure that you are receiving top-notch information, tax savings, and technical advice.
