Some additional information on how we work so you are prepared for our call.
We work with clients who want someone to just “take care of it.” We don’t want to have to bother you with things, and we really want to just be your go-to team for all tax, bookkeeping, accounting, and tax strategy needs. Details of our billing practices are below (upfront, clear, and direct 🙂
- Our fees are 100% inclusive. This means that on top of the work you have hired us to prepare for you (Tax Returns, Bookkeeping, Strategic Tax Coaching Programs, etc.) all calls, texts, meetings, “on-the-fly” advice (should I buy the car? lease the car?), extensions, estimates for amounts owed, IRS assistance (if needed / received – answering letters, notices, calls, etc.) are 100% included in your fee.
- Our minimum fees are as follows:
- Monthly Bookkeeping: $450+/month
- Tax Returns – Individual: $2,500+/year
- Tax returns – Business: $6,500/year
- Strategic tax Coaching Programs: $35,000 One-Time with minimum ROI of 3x’s
- Our Tax & Bookkeeping fees are annual and are broken down into monthly payments to make it easier for payment. If there is historical work that needs to be prepared the “catch-up” fees can be broken down into (3) payments (and taken via a credit card for a 1.5% fee). We also offer a 5% discount if you pre-pay for the entire year on 1/1 of each year.
- Example 1: Your annual fee is $12,000 to prepare your 2018 tax return. You choose to take the monthly payment option. Your first monthly payment is ACH’d from your account on 1/1/18 for that years’ work.
- Example 2: You need us to prepare 2017 & 2018 tax returns. Today is 3/15/18. Your total “catch-up” fee would be $12,000 for 2017 & $3,000 for Jan-Mar of 2018. The total of $15,000 would be due. You can choose to pay it up front or you can choose to break it into (3) payments of $5,000 each on 4/1; 5/1; 6/1. You would also pay the regular monthly $1,000 fee for each of those months.
