How to write off your dog

  • Today I want to introduce you guys to somebody really special. Are you ready? She is the newest addition to the Tax Goddess family. It is a German shepherd. She’s a six month old little girl. As you can see, she’s not that little. She’s got really long legs. If you know me and my household, I have always really loved big dogs
  • Part of the reason why I really like big dogs is because being a single female, and I often have clients visiting my location or me going to their location. If the dog is taller than the height of my knee, single female, taller than the height of my knee, and the dog is trained; preferably trained for security, to bark at the front door if someone comes in, I can actually write off the dog as security. So pretty girl is going to be our new security captain here at the Tax Goddess offices.
  • Super, super excited to have her here with our family. Absolutely love rescues, and she’s just way too cute. Thanks so much for wanting to get today guys. Again, if you have questions on how to write off your dog, make sure you’re reaching out to one of our strategic tax coaches.

Shauna, the Tax Goddess, here live to you from Scottsdale, Arizona. Today I want to introduce you guys to somebody really, really special. Are you ready? Well, welcome everyone! She is a German Shepherd. She’s a six month old little girl. As you can tell, she’s not all quite that little. She’s got really, really, really long legs. One of the things that I’m super happy about. If you know me and my household, have always really loved big, big dogs.

Part of the reason why I really like big dogs is because, as I’m a single female, and I often have clients where I’m going to their location, where they are coming here to my location. A dog, as long as it is at its shoulders, so at the dog’s shoulder, if it’s taller than the height of my knee, single female, taller than the height of my knee, and the dog is trained; sit, stay, come, whatever it is, the dog is trained, preferably trained for security, to bark at the front door of someone comes in, that kind of thing, I can actually write off the dog as security. So pretty, pretty girl is going to be our new security captain here at the Tax Goddess offices.

Super, super excited to have her here with our family. Absolutely love rescues, and she’s just way too cute.  Again, if you have questions on how to write off your dog, make sure you’re reaching out to one of our strategic tax closes.
