Jonalyn is based in the Philippines and holds a Degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education in General Science from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology. She has 15 years of work experience in the customer service field as a support, advisor, and escalations manager.

Communication is the starting point of everything and that is her cup of tea, as she enjoys managing tasks and callouts to make things up-to-date, streamlined, and seamless. With her incredibly supportive vibe, Jonalyn enjoys supporting her team and being a liaison here at Tax Goddess.

Her weekends are well spent with her loved ones and pets at home just by watching anything together and trying new recipes every week.
