Did you know that one of the most important features of QB 2012 or higher is that you can “data trim” your information?
This is especially important if you ever find yourself in an audit situation. This way, using data trimming, you can limit the amount of information that you provide to an auditor (so they can’t see previous times and future times around the dates they are looking at!
Neat feature! So, if you are still in and older version it’s time to upgrade! Remember that typically banks and the like will only support QB programs that are 3 years old. You can also buy a 1 year old version often for much cheaper on amazon or ebay! 🙂
